What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to remember preferences or analyse usage. There are two main types: essential cookies (required for the site to work) and optional cookies (analytics, advertising, social media).

This site

The Koiru marketing site (koiru.app) does not set cookies in your browser. The site is static and does not include:

Advertising trackers or advertising identifiers
Google Analytics or any similar behavioural analytics
Social media tracking pixels (such as Meta Pixel)
Third-party embedded widgets that set cookies
A consent banner — since no cookies are set, none is needed

Web fonts

The site uses Inter, served from an external host (rsms.me/inter). This font request does not set cookies and does not transmit any unique identifiers — only standard server log data (IP address, timestamp) is recorded, as with any web request.

The app

This policy applies to the website. The Koiru mobile app handles data differently — see the Privacy Policy for a detailed description of how the app processes data.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated.
